Institutional Access.
Uncorrelated Returns.
Beyond the Ordinary.
SPVH's AIF platform offers sophisticated investors access to curated private market opportunities — from pre-IPO SME strategies to long-short equity — delivering returns that are structurally independent of public market cycles.
Three Regulatory Categories. Distinct Mandates.
Alternative Investment Funds are pooled vehicles registered under SEBI (AIF) Regulations, 2012. Each category serves a distinct investment purpose and investor profile.
Funds that invest in start-ups, early-stage ventures, social ventures, SMEs, infrastructure, and other sectors which the government or regulators consider socially or economically desirable.
Funds that do not fall in Category I or III and do not undertake leverage or borrowing other than to meet day-to-day operational requirements. Includes PE, real estate, and debt funds.
Funds that employ diverse or complex trading strategies and may employ leverage, including investments in listed or unlisted derivatives. Targets absolute returns across market cycles.
Four Funds. One Vision.
From closed-end unlisted equity and high-conviction SME Pre-IPO to inflexion-point growth and long-short absolute return — our Category II & III fund suite is designed to access India's most compelling opportunity sets.
The SPVH Institutional Edge.
What separates a disciplined AIF manager from the rest is not just strategy — it is execution, governance, and the alignment of manager and investor interests.
Our pre-IPO and unlisted deal flow is sourced through a network of promoters, investment bankers, and sector advisors — not secondary marketplaces. First-mover advantage is our structural edge.
Every investment undergoes rigorous financial, legal, and operational due diligence. Our structured DD framework mirrors global PE standards — financial modeling, reference checks, and regulatory screening.
SPVH invests its own capital alongside LPs. Our team's economics are structurally tied to fund performance — ensuring our interests are completely aligned with yours across the fund lifecycle.
Quarterly portfolio updates, NAV statements, and detailed investee company reports. All reporting follows SEBI AIF disclosure standards. No black boxes — complete visibility into every rupee deployed.
Category I & II AIFs enjoy pass-through tax status. Tax is computed and paid at the LP level — not at the fund level — maximising post-tax returns for individual and institutional investors alike.
Our team has structured AIF investments for NRIs, foreign investors, family offices, and HNIs across geographies. We navigate FEMA, FATCA, and cross-border structuring with proven expertise.
